Whether you're a newcomer or have been with the organization for over five years, you receive the same level of respect. This culture has helped me grow professionally alongside the company, and for that, I will always be grateful.

What I value most about the Academy is the freedom and the opportunity to make a positive impact on society. This is felt in everyday work and is highly motivating. Additionally, there are no bosses telling you what to do and monitoring you. Instead, there's a responsible and professional team ready to discuss various ideas and support you in bringing them to life.

One of the best things about working at the Academy is that you are given full responsibility and can make decisions independently. There is no strict hierarchy, which means you'll have plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills. The team is very friendly, informal, and values your opinion as a professional. It's a great environment to work in!

The Academy is my second home, family, and love. Together with the Academy, I’ve gone through the pandemic, the transition from offline to online, crises, and the full-scale invasion. It's more than just a job. I like that I’ve always found challenges for myself and grown professionally. Most importantly, our work has a positive impact on Ukraine’s IT sector. That’s why the Academy is my eternal love ❤️

I admire the team and the professionalism of each colleague. I love advising students and helping them decide on their future profession.
