You will learn that any project begins with collecting information in the main document called the project charter. You'll also dive right into it and learn how to fill out the charter based on the client's data.

A project charter is a rather lengthy document, so we're going to dedicate two lessons to it. Once you've finalized it, terms like "milestone" or "stakeholder" won’t scare you anymore. We'll also talk about stakeholders separately and create a matrix for assessing their engagement.
