Beetroot Academy is a Swedish-Ukrainian education technology company preparing today’s tech workforce for the needs of tomorrow. Since 2014 we have trained over 14,000 individuals across the world in software development, design, management, working with GenerativeAI and other rapidly-growing technologies.
We’re looking for someone who loves data and growth hacking and is never shy about finding new, creative approaches to problems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Your Future Tasks
- Create and execute marketing strategies for different Beetroot Academy solutions and audiences
- Optimize and report on key channels such as paid ads and SEO
- Track and grow the lead funnel on a daily basis, setting KPIs and keeping the CRM structured
- Explore new channels and growth partnerships through a test-driven approach
- Work closely with your colleagues in marketing, sales, and product to distribute content across various channels
- Mentor, coach, and manage a small team of marketing professionals and freelancers; share learnings, best practices, and execute new marketing ideas
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of crafting and executing marketing strategies across a variety of channels
- Strong ability to test, learn, and iterate marketing campaigns to meet KPIs
- Empathy and a keen understanding of customer decision-making processes
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Experience managing agencies and/or freelancers
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level)
- Growth-mindset, especially around your own professional development as part of a growing team
Would be a plus:
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience in B2B marketing or sales
- Experience across European markets, especially the Nordics
