What slows teams down in times of change?

Practical corporate training — your competitive advantage

Is the development team spending more time than necessary?
Routine tasks, manual testing, and documentation maintenance take time. AI is used selectively or is not integrated into the SDLC, so development speed does not increase systematically, and delivery slows down.
At the GenAI for Developers workshop, we show how to integrate AI into daily development: code, testing, and documentation. The team receives practical scenarios and starts working faster—without compromising quality.
There are many tools, but no clear choice?
Copilot, custom GPTs, APIs—tools are tested randomly, without common rules and understanding of what exactly suits your projects and business context. This creates confusion, varying levels of code quality, and dependence on individual enthusiasts.
During the workshop, the team analyzes real-life cases and learns how to choose AI tools according to tasks, roles, and SDLC stages. The result is a common approach, clear usage scenarios, and fewer random decisions.
Are there concerns about safety, ethics, and responsibility?
Using AI without clear boundaries creates risks: data leaks, questionable decision quality, legal and ethical issues. Because of this, teams either avoid AI or use it "in the shadows."
We examine the ethical and legal principles of working with AI and demonstrate how to integrate tools responsibly. The team understands the limits of AI application and can use it confidently—without risk to the product or business.

Practical GenAI workshop for developers—tailored to your processes and tasks

A workshop for dev teams on systematic work with AI within the real SDLC. The sessions are conducted by practitioners who apply AI in live projects and know how to integrate it without losing quality and control.
During the workshop, teams:

• Works with practical scenarios developed in-house
• Tests AI tools that can be used in daily work
• Learns to formulate effective queries and scenarios for using GenAI
• Discusses solutions with the team and receives expert feedback

Teams don't need yet another presentation on AI. They need a clear understanding of where AI can help them in their work — and how to use it safely and effectively. That's why this workshop was created: to move from theory to practice.
Day 1 | From chaotic experiments to a clear approach | 3.5 hours
Teams often try GenAI on a case-by-case basis, without understanding where it really helps and where it creates noise. The first day is devoted to putting things in order.

• We will figure out where generative AI makes sense in development and where it is better not to use it.
• We will show how AI fits into SDLC: from task planning to deployment.
• We will learn how to choose tools for specific project tasks, rather than following trends.
• We will work on formulating prompts so that AI gives stable and predictable results, rather than random answers.
Day 2 | Accelerating development without compromising quality and control | 3.5 hours
Day two—practical application of AI in the daily work of developers and teams.

• We will look at how to speed up code writing with GitHub Copilot and similar tools—and where to draw the line.
• We will explore how to create custom GPTs for internal team or product tasks.
• We will demonstrate basic AI integration scenarios via API—without unnecessary complexity.
• We will discuss ethical, legal, and security restrictions so that the use of AI does not create risks for the product and business.

Our methodology

We work with standardized programs that have been tested on real teams. Adaptation takes place during the workshop—through examples, focus, and depth—without losing structure.

For us, training is not an end in itself. The goal is clarity, consistency, and practical tools that the team can use in its culture and processes.

Why is this workshop worth the investment of time and attention from teams?

Acceleration without loss of quality and control

AI is used where it truly saves time, rather than creating additional risks or technical debt.

Practice tied to real-world processes

All examples and scenarios are considered in the context of SDLC and the tasks that the team works on every day.

Builds a shared understanding for the whole team

After the workshop, the team has a common understanding of where AI is truly appropriate, how to use it responsibly, and which tasks should not be automated. This eliminates chaotic experimentation and different approaches within the team.

Lays a secure foundation for further scaling

Teams learn the basic principles of AI safety and responsible use — a foundation that can be relied upon when further implementing tools in the company. HR and L&D can scale the approach without risk.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?
For teams of developers, tech leads, and technical managers who want to use AI systematically in their work. The workshop is suitable for teams that are just starting to work with AI, as well as those who are already experimenting but do not have a common approach.
What level of training is required?
No special knowledge of AI is required. It is important to have experience in development and an understanding of your own work processes. We explain complex things in an understandable way and immediately show how they work in practice.
Is it more about the tools or the approach?
About the approach. Tools are only part of the workshop. The main focus is on how and where to use AI within the SDLC so that it truly helps the team rather than creating chaos.
Are safety and liability issues discussed?
Yes. We consider the ethical, legal, and security aspects of working with AI separately so that the team can use the tools confidently and responsibly.
What results will the team achieve after the workshop?
The team leaves with a shared understanding of how to use AI in development: where it is appropriate, which tools are right for you, and how to integrate them into your workflows without compromising quality.
