What slows teams down in times of change?

Practical corporate training — your competitive advantage

The team seems to be working according to Agile, but the processes lack clarity?
Scrum meetings, boards, and artifacts exist, but they do not help to plan work better. The team spends time on rituals without understanding how they affect the outcome and priorities.
At the workshop, we demonstrate how to apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to specific team tasks and build processes that truly assist in the work.
Is it difficult to choose between Scrum and Kanban—everything gets mixed up?
Approaches are used simultaneously or randomly, without understanding when each is appropriate. As a result, processes become contradictory and the team loses focus.
We help you figure out which approach is best suited to your team or project — and how to implement it correctly without unnecessary complexity.
Does planning and documentation take up too much of your time?
Backlog, user stories, definition of done, and sprint preparation are often done manually and become a source of overload rather than benefit.
At the workshop, AI is integrated into every stage of the team's work, from creating user stories to planning and retrospectives. This reduces routine and helps focus on content.

Comprehensible processes instead of formal Agile

The workshop helps the team choose between Agile, Scrum, and Kanban and tailor processes to real tasks. AI is built into planning, backlog management, user stories, and retrospectives to reduce routine and make processes transparent.
During the workshop, teams:

• Completes a full cycle of teamwork on a clear educational project
• Chooses an approach that fits its tasks and context
• Creates process artifacts with AI support
• Receives feedback and ready-made developments for implementation

Our methodology

We work with standardized programs that have been tested on real teams. Adaptation takes place during the workshop—through examples, focus, and depth—without losing structure.

For us, training is not an end in itself. The goal is clarity, consistency, and practical tools that the team can use in its culture and processes.

Why is this workshop worth the investment of time and attention from teams?

Created by practitioners for real-world use

The program was developed by specialists with 10+ years of experience in project and product management and educational programs for businesses and international organizations.

Balance between practice and theory

The training is based on practical work with processes: planning, backlog, user stories, retrospectives. The theory is presented concisely and in an understandable form, with AI support.

Reliance on international standards

The Scrum and Kanban approaches are based on recommendations from PMI, Google, and Scrum.org and are adapted for practical use in teams.

Shared vision within the team

Developers, managers, and stakeholders come away with a shared understanding of processes, roles, and expectations, reducing chaos and improving collaboration.
