The project aimed to increase women's economic security by creating opportunities for their personal and professional development. The initiative covered four key regions of Ukraine: Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, and Poltava oblasts, focusing on supporting rural women and representatives of marginalized groups.
As part of the project, Beetroot Academy implemented a comprehensive IT training program that included basic IT courses to introduce participants to the IT field. In total, more than 400 women from the target audience received basic training. The most motivated and capable participants were given the opportunity to continue their studies as part of an advanced course in IT professions, which was completed by 90 women.
The project created a solid foundation for increasing digital literacy among women in the regions, providing them with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to successfully integrate into the modern labor market and improve their economic situation.
