This initiative in Sweden is implemented in partnership with the non-profit organization Doing Good and aims to provide comprehensive support to Ukrainian refugees in their adaptation to life and employment in a new country. The project provides not only housing support, but also creates real opportunities for professional development through quality IT education.
Beetroot Academy is responsible for the educational part of the project, providing in-depth training in IT professions for Ukrainians who are interested in building an IT career in Sweden.
The project focused on the three largest cities in Sweden: Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, which ensured maximum access to employment opportunities for the program participants. The target audience includes Ukrainian refugees who seek not only to integrate into Swedish society but also to build a successful professional career.
